Isti's Story

Erika, Isti's mother, told their story. A sincere tale, woven with many difficulties and a lot of love, which can be a great lesson for many of us.

We have been helping Erika with our palliative care for many years. Please accept ISTI'S STORY with love.
"When Isti was released from the hospital and I asked what to expect, they said that in the best case scenario she would die. If she survived, she would remain a baby for the rest of her life.
Isti is currently severely disabled. Which means that she cannot walk, speak, see, and in principle cannot hear according to measurements.
For her, the help is to reduce the duration of suffering in her life and this should be enough as a result. Although I know that in our performance-oriented world this is difficult for many to understand - so we get very little help from others.
In addition to suffering, her world is a completely different world from ours. A very interesting world."
