Transitional care

We help families where a child needs long-term, specialized home care after hospital treatment. Our goal is to shorten the hospital stay and help parents learn how to care for their child professionally and safely in a calm, family environment. During the free support days, the child moves in with the family member who is caring for him or her immediately after the hospital stay.
